Before booking
- Confirm that charging is available to the guests in your accommodation or pitch category.
- Check connector compatibility and whether a cable is provided.
- Ask about tariffs, parking charges and any fee after charging finishes.
- Ask whether a charger can be reserved. A campsite booking is a separate reservation.
Before setting off
- Check opening dates, barrier hours and late-arrival arrangements.
- Choose a public backup charger and check its driving route. Our nearby distances are straight-line measurements.
- With a caravan, confirm whether the charging area allows you to remain hitched. Do not assume a pull-through layout.
- Save or print the campsite page. Printed information may become outdated; recheck it close to departure.
At the campsite
Follow the posted charging and parking rules. Being allowed to stay overnight does not automatically mean your car may occupy a charger all night. Share any changed information using the report form on the campsite page.
