Can I charge at my pitch?

Three arrangements. Three different questions.

1. Dedicated charging on site. The campsite has a charging area. Check guest access, connector, price, time limits and whether you must move your car afterwards.
2. EV charging at a pitch. The campsite explicitly permits car charging at a pitch under stated conditions. Ordinary pitch electricity, e-bike charging or a socket on a map does not establish that permission.
3. Public charging nearby. A separate charging stop before or during your stay. Check the actual driving route, opening hours and access with a caravan.

When the answer is unconfirmed

Ask the campsite before booking or plugging in. Request the permitted equipment, charging location, maximum load and costs. Follow the campsite’s and vehicle manufacturer’s instructions. We do not infer permission from socket type or amperage.
